Job Title: General Laborer - Jobsite Cleanup, Prep, and Materials Handling

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position will involve a variety of tasks related to job site cleanup, site preparation, and material handling. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general job site cleanup, including the removal of debris, trash, and materials.

• Prepare job sites for construction by organizing and setting up tools, equipment, and materials.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from the site as needed.

• Support construction teams by providing materials and tools in an efficient manner.

• Follow safety procedures and work in a safe and organized manner.

• Assist with other labor tasks as directed by the site supervisor or foreman.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, or a similar role preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to (weight) lbs) and perform physical tasks.

• Good understanding of basic construction site safety practices.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
