Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Assists Head Coach in running a competitive cross country program.
Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
Attends work on a consistent and punctual basis.
Creates a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all athletes, parents, and staff.
Onsite work required.
Assists with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
A current Iowa Department of Education coaching authorization or coaching endorsement.
Concussion certification
Ability to pass a background check
Cross country coaching experience preferred

Compensation:$1,396 season stipend
