A CFO opportunity in Central Iowa is available for a successful and experienced individual with a proven track record in managing a complex, privately held organization encompassing various industries and multiple entities. This position demands a unique skillset, including the following prerequisites:

• Previous experience in public accounting, preferably Big 4 audit, due to the complexity and exposure

• Prior experience handling multiple entities under one consolidation, with no less than 20 entities

• Experience working with multiple banks and managing revolver funds and long-term debts

• Familiarity with both publicly traded and family-owned structures is preferred

• A solid understanding of tax

• Experience with 10-Q, reporting to investor companies

• Experience in raising capital funds would be advantageous

• Strong leadership skills, with a capacity to lead a team of top performers

• CPA certification is preferred, along with an MBA. However, experience is key!

The candidate must reside near Ames, Iowa, as commuting from Des Moines on a daily basis would be impractical. Relocation offers are available. The candidate must have a logical connection to Iowa.  Proven experience as a CFO, Vice President of Finance, or similar role in a complex, multi-entity environment, with experience in various industries highly desirable.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

 Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
