ManpowerGroup Accounts Receivable Specialist in Ankeny, Iowa

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist & Customs Coordinator. Responsible for providing financial and administrative services related to accounts receivable duties, along with clearing US Customs on all incoming products.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist & Customs Coordinator

Location: Ankeny, IA

Pay: $50,000-60,000/yr

What’s the Job?

  • Manage the daily receipt and application of customer payments and credits to customer accounts.

  • Daily review of bank accounts to identify and post all customer payments.

  • Research and resolve outstanding account issues including sending invoices, reminders, and statements of current and past due accounts.

What’s Needed?

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
