Job Title: Operator

Job Description

We are looking to add operators to our team. The operator will minimize scrap on each machine and verify correct color concentration. Responsibilities include preparing for and monitoring product changeovers, verifying line clearances, comparing cycle times to standards, packing bottles to support packers during breaks and lunches, verifying correct operation of downstream equipment, and ensuring the production of good quality bottles at restarts. The operator will also perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs, complete machine production line reports, identify and react to various sounds and alarms, and assist the material operator with responsibilities as needed.

This is a fully on-site position in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Work Environment

Will have more information after tour on temperature and cleanliness.

2 shifts: 7am - 7pm (A & B) and 7pm - 7am (C & D) -- work 15 days of the year. NCNS (No Call No Show) = Automatic Termination. 2 call-ins allowed per month.
