194 days per year primarily during student contact time
Summer hours will be required during IHSAA and IGHSAU contact period
Starting Salary: $35,900 (opportunities for additional hourly stipend through BCSD partner contract)Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, preferred to have either NCSF CSC or NSCA CSCS certifications or is in the process of obtaining one or both.
Experience: Extensive experience in designing and executing training programs for athletes. Proven ability in interpersonal communication,including interactions with student-athletes, colleagues, staff, athletic trainers, and administrative personnel. Coaching background is desirable.
