Team Staffing Solutions, Inc Shift Team Lead in Burlington, Iowa
Team Staffing is currently seeking a qualified and experience individual to oversee department to plan, organize and manage the team members and production equipment in a safe and productive manner. Individual will work closely with other team leaders and management on goals for the day, week, and month. Salary is based on experience
1st shift, Pay depending on experience $16-$18/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work assigned schedule, including weekends and coverage for other leaders
- Follow all quality standards and hold team members accountable to the SOP's
- Identify, address, and correct any concerns.
- Accurately and effectively communicate with team members and leadership.
- Maintain and keep a safe work environment
- Provide feedback and coaching team members.
- Review documents and standards and provide updates as necessary
- Other duties as deemed necessary
Requirements:
- Five years of supervisor's experience (in a manufacturing environment preferred)
- Eye for detail and quality consistency
- Initiative, drive and focus to work with teams to get work completed in a timely manner
- Strong professional communication skills
- Ability to be firm with decisions and directions
- Honestly and integrity with team members and leadership
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
