Position Description:
Under general supervision, provides administrative support for the Office of the Registrar and for the University Registrar; initiates and completes all purchasing and equipment transactions; prepares and submits Requests for Purchase (RFP), procurement card(s) forms, cash deposits, purchase orders and cash boxes; monitors and assists with budget development; prepares and submits PAFs for office staff; provides administrative assistance in data collection and distribution, external information distribution, and personnel scheduling; prepares reports, correspondence, special forms and documents; and performs other related duties as assigned. This is a first shift position with a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Required Qualifications:
Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
