Position Description:
Responsibilities include professionally handle incoming calls and provide accurate information or redirect them as necessary; monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner, addressing inquiries or forwarding messages to the appropriate staff members; assist in preparing, packing, and shipping boxes or course materials for various course program-related activities; maintain accurate records of office supplies, equipment, and program materials; track inventory levels, reorder supplies as needed, and assist in receiving and organizing deliveries; organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for certification numbers, documents, and paperwork; ensure documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible when needed; aid in the preparation and processing of invoices for various services or products; assist in maintaining records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances; and provide general administrative support as needed, including scanning, and distributing documents, scheduling appointments, checking the mail and assisting with special projects as assigned.
This is a part-time, temporary position scheduled to work 6-10 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail); and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks required.
Desirable Qualifications:
Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
