Join our dynamic team at Collins Aerospace as a Test Technician, where precision meets innovation in the aerospace industry. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge aerospace technologies. T echnicians will engage in fault isolation for test failures and verification of repairs while working with engineers to help determine data trends and improvements. Your expertise will directly contribute to supporting our military and commercial aviation communication.

What You Will Do

• Perform testing using DMM, oscilloscope, frequency generators, high frequency power supplies, spectrum analyzer, etc.

• Collect, document, and report on tests performed

• Evaluate test results

• Ability to read complex electronic schematics, analyze circuits and follow written work instructions

• Employ a comprehensive knowledge of electronic theory

• Basic troubleshooting and problem solving

• Capability of working independently as well as in a group setting

• This is a 3rd shift role. Candidates must be willing and able to work 3rd shift.

• This is a 100% onsite role.

Qualifications You Must Have

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

• Requires HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Must pass the Certified Electronics Technician Associate test from Electronics Technicians Association - International.

• Must be willing and able to work 3rd shift.

• Must have ability to read complex electronic schematics, analyze circuits and follow written work instructions.

• Must be able to lift/carry equipment or parts up to 55 lbs.
