Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively address them.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

  • Develop and maintain account plans to achieve client goals.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work to upsell additional services or products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service to clients.

  • Prepare reports on account status and communicate account performance to management.

  • Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
