Communications Engineer Level Tech - In general, someone with extensive knowledge & experience managing and supporting a large, complex on-prem system

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end in the Avaya system with other

• Ability to configure and troubleshoot the Avaya Agent for Desktop softphone
