Because of the need for in-person collaboration with multiple teams, this position will be hybrid. The individual will be expected to be on site a minimum of 3 days a week.

In Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions, we design and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions.

• You will be asked to help align metrology with BAE quality requirements.

• You will be asked to create and maintain inventory tracking databases.

• Complete a cost analysis on RFID asset tracking enhancements.

• Coordinate and schedule calibrations for the facility.

• Manage relationships with test equipment vendors.

• Help department leadership with process improvement projects.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Core competencies include strong leadership, communication, influence, and relationship building.

• Must be willing to work in a team environment and collaborate with manufacturing as well as engineering employees.

• Must be good with excel and running reports from multiple databases.

• Must have strong organizational skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $86460 - $146982

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
