Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Technician

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Salary: Up to $85,000 per year

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Technician to install, repair, and maintain company-manufactured equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in mechanical and electrical principles and be able to travel extensively.

Essential Duties:

• Install, repair, dismantle, and move equipment.

• Interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.

• Service electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing components.

• Advise operators on safety procedures.

• Maintain and install communication and power distribution cables.

• Analyze and correct mechanical and operational problems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and quality checks.

• Instruct customer maintenance trainees.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge in mechanical and electrical principles.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

• Strong communication skills.

• High precision and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in various environments, including overhead structures and tight spaces.
