Division : CRST Equipment Solutions is our sales and service division. We pride ourselves on providing drivers with new equipment that they, and our customers, can depend on for safe, timely service. Our experienced team includes corporate maintenance, warranty, internal maintenance, licensing, external maintenance, independent contractor maintenance, and equipment.

Job Title : Manager- Maintenance Analysis

Location : Onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA (3930 16th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404)

Job Schedules Available : Monday to Friday (7A-4P or 8A–5P)

Job Summary : This leader will have oversight of a team of analysts who optimize business operations and analyze organizational processes to increase productivity and maximize efficiency and profits. This team tracks every company's schedule, budget, and delivery of goods and/or services.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities :

• Creating and implementing data management collection techniques

• Analyzing data to determine better ways to implement corporate guidelines while maintaining profit margins

• Identifying program needs based on data collected and analyzed

• Participating in strategic planning meetings

• Ensuring that all changes in programs and outcomes are well-documented

• Performing data validation and implementing quality control measures to ensure the continued success of programs

Job Requirements :

• Successful completion of a CRST background check and drug screen is required.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Computer literacy - must be able to navigate multiple screens and programs while triaging on the phone.

Ideal Experience & Skillset :

• Adaptability to pivot priorities swiftly.

• Utilize available resources to make timely decisions with a sense of urgency.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making decisions without complete information.

• Bachelors degree preferred.

• Operations experience.
