Key Primary Duties:

  • Develop, establish, and put into action forward-thinking fundraising strategies.

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with sponsors through consistent and effective communication.

  • Utilize storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives that underscore the importance and impact of our work and attract potential sponsors.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee sponsorship and fundraising activities to ensure their success.

Critical Skills:

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

  • A track record of successful fundraising and development of sponsorships.

  • Skillfulness in creating engaging and persuasive narratives that align with our mission.

  • Expertise in networking and fostering strong relationships.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Interpretation and data analysis, forming a detailed and accurate narrative that aptly conveys data insights.

  • Creating appealing and informative multimedia visualizations is a critical responsibility.

  • The ability to convert complex data and create captivating stories from it is essential.

  • A keen sense of how to structure findings according to the ways people process information, utilizing techniques such as storyboarding.

  • Excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and creativity is necessary.

  • Experience in a similar role with a large organization, where you have developed and implemented progressive strategies to improve operations and achieve better results, would be advantageous.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Communication and Crisis Communication

• Proficiency in Public Relations and handling media relations

• Proven ability in Pitching Stories to various media outlets

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and its use in tracking brand performance

• Strong Data Analysis and Data Analytics skills for effective decision making

• Ability to develop and execute strategic brand and communications plans

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage crises effectively

• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
