Responsibilities:

• Execute administrative tasks within the OneStream application, including maintaining entity hierarchies, configuring rules, designing dashboards, and developing reporting views and packages.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports and forms, and provide required training to end-users on system functionality.

• Lead the integration and maintenance of data quality processes, such as validation, mapping, transformation, and confirmation activities, from source systems like SAP into the OneStream platform.

• Collaborate with the IT SOX team to maintain internal control governance, including SOX requirements, through detailed documentation and coordination with internal and external auditors regarding system access and change management.

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions (OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) as needed across the department.

• Use your database skills to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records using your skills in OneStream and Application Integration.

• Utilize your ability to Create Reports to develop, sustain, and enhance financial reports and forms.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an OneStream Application Administrator or similar role.

• Demonstrable expertise in OneStream.

• Proven experience with database management and application integration.

• Ability to create detailed reports.

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
