Aerotek Picker in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Warehouse Picker
Responsibilities
Use an RF scan gun to find products on the shelf and add them to pallets.
Operate a reach truck to retrieve products.
Pick products with speed and accuracy.
Walk around the warehouse all day, occasionally utilizing a forklift or reach truck.
Build cardboard display cases.
Pick products from shelves and add them to display cases.
Read customer orders and build packages to fit.
Work alongside 1-2 other people.
General warehouse upkeep.
Essential Skills
Experience with general labor, assembly, forklift operation, packing, and reach truck.
Proficiency in using an RF scan gun.
Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
Capability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Ability to pick products quickly and accurately utilizing an RF scan gun.
Physical ability to walk around the warehouse all day, lift, bend, twist, push, and pull.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00
