Robert Half is working with a reputable organization on a Project Manager position. NOTE: This position would be primarily nights and weekends (Wed-Sun)!

We are looking for a director of first impressions to join our client's team to act as the face of the organization. Are you a dynamic, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As the Project Manager you will be overseeing a team and managing projects and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

-Lead the planning and execution of a diverse range of projects and events

  • Manage a small to medium team and maintain schedules

  • Build rapport with customers and manage relationships

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new individuals

  • Manage operations of events

  • Maintain regular communication with internal/external team members and provide follow up

  • Work effectively under pressure during evening and weekend scenarios

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree; or relevant experience

  • Previous supervisory and marketing experience

  • Ability to take initiative and lead a team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient working within Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with Adobe, Google Analytics, and other creative platforms

  • Adaptable and ability to maintain a flexible schedule including primarily working nights and weekends

  • Valid Drivers License
