What You’ll Accomplish and Experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by making their needs a primary focus
Understand and apply practical knowledge of all systems, processes and procedures within Service Delivery with the ability to propose and implement changes as directed.
Display financial awareness in decision-making pertaining to project and service coordination
Review, analyze and articulate root cause of issues and propose solutions
Design solutions by understanding clients' needs and meets the goals of both the client and CCR through processes and systems to increase client success
Collaborate with team to introduce new innovative products, solutions, and processes.
Develop and create quotes that display financial awareness to decision making pertaining to project and service coordination
Desirable Previous Experience
Demonstrated experience in an agile environment
Ability to extrapolate data and make business decisions
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Proven leadership in problem solving and analysis that can be applied across all types of business problems
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-taking skills
Ability to independently leverage critical thinking skills to address project issues

Willingness to be a flexible team player adapting to priorities as needed
Associates Degree in Network/LAN Administration or CompTIA Network
- CompTIA Server+ or MCSA Windows Server
Deploy and Migrate Microsoft Office 365
CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certifications
Intermediate understanding of IP sub netting and routing
Advanced understanding of Windows servers including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Print management and Exchange
Advanced understanding of various Windows client operating systems
Advanced understanding of hardware, application software, email, remote access, networking and printers
