We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our client's team in the real estate property and facilities management industry located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role holds the responsibility of managing properties, ensuring occupancy, submitting compliance files, and overseeing maintenance activities. The successful candidate will also be tasked with preparing weekly and monthly manager reports. This role is a short-term contract opportunity with a reputable organization. Responsibilities:

• Manage properties effectively to ensure smooth operations

• Handle occupancy applications to maintain high occupancy rates

• Submit compliance files in a timely manner to meet industry standards

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly manager reports to provide updates on property status

• Oversee and direct maintenance activities for property upkeep

• Use accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites effectively for day-to-day tasks

• Maintain clear documentation and correspondence related to property management

• Utilize knowledge on LIHTC in property management tasks

• Offer excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders

• Communicate effectively with staff and provide direction in a respectful manner.

Requirements

• Prior property management experience (3+ years)

• Prior experience with low-income housing/tax credit

• Experience in drafting Correspondence

• Skilled in Documentation

•Experience with Microsoft Office Suites

• Strong Customer Service skills
