Job Description:

Lead GRC Analyst Remote

Responsibilities:

• Part of a global technology shared services organization providing infrastructure, information security and global/corporate application support.
• Leads/Manages Information Security Risk Program Maturity.
• Develops and assists with cyber security strategy, roadmaps and projects.
• Reviews strategy, roadmap and business plan objectives in association with budget and risk tolerances.
• Completes research, development and implementation of moderate to complex information security initiatives.
• Organizes and maintains procedural tasks found within control self-assessments and third party assessments.
• Tracks current and impending laws, regulations and industry requirements and best practices.
• Translates requirements into practical mitigation solutions, and coordinates improvement plans.
• Gathers data, builds, analyzes and reviews reports/dashboards on key risk management metrics.
• Works with minimal instruction or guidance for moderately difficult assignments.
• Ability to quickly develop excellent working relationships with peers and key stakeholders.
• Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Background in technology, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, compliance or audit.
• Extensive experience with 3rd Party Risk and Internal Risk Management in Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in GRC systems like Archer, RiskVision, RSAM, ServiceNow.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ABCP or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
