Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a Remote Oracle EPM Analyst. This will be a long term contract position. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, math, engineering, or other technical field, or equivalent experience
• Six years of software development or business analysis experience
• Five years of experience work with Finance and implementing EPM modules
• Three years of experience leading project teams to the successful delivery of software solutions (including leading project resources and managing costs, timeline and value delivered)
• Expertise in build and deployment tools - (Visual Studio, Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, SQL Management Studio, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Attention to detail and results oriented, with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technical communication skills and the ability to present information to all levels of the organization
• Problem-solving and technical communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Financial, regulatory, and consolidating reporting in the financial services industry
• Experience supporting Financial Reporting and Analysis (management reporting)
• Knowledge and understanding of multiple accounting bases (IFRS, STAT, GAAP, etc.)
• Expertise with Oracle Databases, Hyperion Essbase and surrounding tools
