Our experienced team includes corporate maintenance, warranty, internal maintenance, licensing, external maintenance, independent contractor maintenance, and equipment.

Job Title : Senior Maintenance Analyst and Junior Maintenance Analyst

Compensation: $60,000/yr. to $82,228/yr.

Location : Onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA (3930 16th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404)

Job Schedules Available : Monday to Friday (7A-4P or 8A–5P)

Job Summary : Inspection, repair, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, facilities, and infrastructure within an organization. Maintenance professionals play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of assets, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. They also may analyze data, identify failure patterns, develop maintenance strategies, and implement reliability improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and producing standardized and ad hoc reports, as well as ensuring accurate data.

• Prepare and analyze maintenance reports and specific rate charges to promote greater efficiency and ensure operational effectiveness.

• Develops strategies and solutions to address any deficiencies in business requirements.

• Constantly analyze and optimize Equipment Solutions data to improve the efficiency and quality of processes.

• Design and document SOPs and make appropriate recommendations to senior leadership.

• Act as a liaison between maintenance and other company divisions.

• Track and analyze all business unit trends.

• Secure cooperation between departments and carry out the goals and directions for the division, ensuring smooth execution.

• Determine the general "how" it will be done and secure the cooperation of those who will need to do it, within the division and other company divisions, for company initiatives.

• Will lead a number of key projects for the maintenance department and the company.

• Perform special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Successful completion of a CRST background check and drug screen is required.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Computer literacy - must be able to navigate multiple screens and programs while triaging on the phone.

Ideal Experience & Skillset :

• Adaptability to pivot priorities swiftly.

• Utilize available resources to make timely decisions with a sense of urgency.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making decisions without complete information.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Operations experience.
