What YOU will do:

  • YOU will work closely with a highly motivated and dedicated team of professionals while managing Datalinks product development efforts, helping to provide security enabled solutions to our channel facing partners.

  • YOU will participate in the systems development lifecycle, including trade study execution, system design, requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirement traceability, systems integration, verification testing and qualification.

  • YOU will utilize Earned Value Management to monitor Program Schedule and Cost Performance (SPI / CPI).

  • YOU will provide input to generate an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and status throughout the program.

  • YOU will collaborate across many engineering disciplines to execute program milestones

  • YOU will support customer demonstration events and program reviews both onsite and offsite

  • YOU will support bid and proposal efforts

  • YOU will present technical and program data to customers and executive leadership

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Experience with systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation, and transition to production.

    Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Strong Preference for current DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Knowledge of RF propagation, testing, test equipment

  • Familiarity with comm engineering architectures (e.g: general radio transceiver architectures/designs, basic radio functional component blocks, performance specifications and test methodologies)

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, experience presenting technical data

  • Experience with Python scripting, test automation

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
