NOW HIRING: SKILLED ASSEMBLY TECHNICIANS

Location: Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha & Marion

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

PAY: $17-$20/hr - FULL TIME - PAID WEEKLY + BENEFITS

Job Duties Can Include:

• Assembling products using hand and power tools

• Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and work orders

• Performing quality assurance inspections

• Packaging finished parts. Tape, label, and stack boxes

• Collect and prepare parts for kitting

• Cross train with other departments

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED

• Lift up to 50lbs unassisted

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Basic math

• Measuring skills (using a ruler or tape measure)

• Able to stand, walk, crouch, bend for entire shift

• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred, not required
