We have a client offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst in CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing IT systems to augment them, ensuring their maintenance, and providing training to end-users when necessary. You should be able to leverage your knowledge and skills to create scalable, future-ready, and user-friendly systems that provide value to the organization. Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business processes and designing IT systems to enhance them.

• Ensuring the maintenance of designed IT systems.

• Providing training to end-users on the use and functionality of the systems.

• Reading and interpreting complex documents and specifications.

• Communicating effectively with a variety of individuals inside and outside the company.

• Collaborating with other technical experts within the company to meet shared goals.

• Applying critical thinking and high-level reasoning to solve complex issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Epicor Prophet 21, Cloud Data (Fabric, Synapse, OneLake, Spark, Databricks), Python, PHP, ANSI X12 EDI, XML.

• Experience with Cloud Computing (Azure), IT Security, Desktop Virtualization, Client-server IT architecture, Powershell, Networking Concepts.

• Troubleshooting skills and experience with end-user training.

• Enterprise IT knowledge and experience
