Team Leader- Manufacturing

Pay Rate :

$86,800 - $122,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Category/Shift :

Salaried Full-Time – Dupont Shift Schedule (12 hours)

4600 C St. SW

Cedar Rapids, IA

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Manage shift operations of two paper machines,recycled pulping plant, shipping and warehouse operations

  • Provide leadership and support within a high performance work system

  • Provide feedback, coaching, support and, when necessary, take corrective measures, to ensure all team members have a positive, productive, and safe work environment.

  • This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years ofdemonstrated and successful leadership ability in a heavy manufacturing environment, including knowledge of and leadership in manufacturing safety practices

  • A high level of integrity, energy, and leadership ability to develop and lead others.

  • Effective oral and written communications skills with proven ability to provide positive and improvement feedback

  • College Degree Preferred
