Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage a team of 5 forklift operators. The role involves overseeing the daily warehouse operations, including operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, utilizing RF scan guns, and managing inventory systems. You will be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers, and staging products within the warehouse.

2+ years of leadership/management experience

Work Environment
The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse. When not operating a forklift, you may be sitting at a table helping to assemble products. The dress code is casual, including sweatpants, shorts, or jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toed shoes. The hours for this position are 2nd shift, from 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
