Position: Machine Operator

Shift: 2:40 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.08 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic production environment. Your primary goal will be to contribute to a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

2. Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.

3. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are functional, and promoting good safety practices.

4. Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.

5. Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and perform general maintenance functions within your work area.

6. Procedural Adherence: Follow all work location rules and procedures.

7. Operational Tasks: Complete tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.

• Ability to operate machinery and handle materials safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Capable of following safety protocols and operational procedures.

• Willingness to work the 2nd shift from 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM.
