Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Charles City, Iowa. This role operates in the energy industry and requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative processes and maintain a high level of customer service. This role will allow you to work closely with team members across divisions and use technology to enhance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop internal processes related to the purchase, inventory, and sale of energy products.

• Support a wide variety of energy administrative tasks in relation to sales, service, and delivery efforts.

• Conduct administrative functions efficiently, accurately, and within given timelines.

• Maintain a high level of customer service in all customer and supplier interactions.

• Train and support cross-divisional personnel in handling customer requests.

• Collaborate with team members within the energy division and provide support to other divisions as needed.

• Use technology to reduce data entry, improve operational efficiencies, and elevate customer service levels.

• Support service, delivery, and other energy components to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Provide accurate, timely, and usable information to the accounting staff.

• Oversee sales programs and vendor rebate/reimbursement programs and applications.

• Initiate and manage customer marketing and safety communications.

• Engage with cross-functional teams for system opportunities and improvements.
