Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Talent Management team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for a junior or senior student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. The intern will assist with a variety of talent management programs and leadership projects, focusing on developing programs, collateral, and communications that enhance our developmental culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives.

  • Support the creation of training materials, presentations, and other collateral to promote development programs.

  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of workshops, seminars, and other employee development events.

  • Assist in drafting communications and marketing materials to promote talent management initiatives.

  • Collaborate with team members on various projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and development.

  • Conduct research on best practices in talent management and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Participate in meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; junior or senior status preferred.

  • Strong interest in talent management and employee development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

The hourly range for this role is $5.00. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the rate of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
