Description We are searching for a Financial Analyst/Manager to join our team, primarily working remotely. The position is within the life sciences industry and the selected candidate will be based in Coralville, Iowa. This role is essential in managing our financial systems and ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the OneStream application, which involves maintaining entity hierarchies, configuring rules, designing dashboards, and developing reporting views and packages

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports and forms, providing training and education on system functionality as needed

• Lead the integration and maintenance of data quality processes, including validation, mapping, transformation, and confirmation activities from source systems such as SAP into the OneStream platform

• Collaborate with the IT SOX team to ensure compliance with internal control governance, including SOX requirements, through meticulous documentation and coordination with both internal and external auditors regarding system access and change management

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions (OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) across Finance/Accounting

• Execute primary administrative responsibilities within the financial system

• Utilize accounting software systems and financial systems to maintain customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary. Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Financial Analyst/Manager role or related field

• Proficiency in OneStream software is required

• Familiarity with Financial Systems is essential

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills are necessary

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed

• Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential

• Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation is vital

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is important

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines is necessary
