The CBCSD is seeking applicants for the following position:Position:Director of ComplianceLocation:Educational Service Center (ESC)Calendar:261 Days (year-round)SUMMARYThe job of Director of Compliance is done for the purpose/s of maintaining a workplace and educational environment that is free from discrimination and harassment in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs, services, activities and facilities. The Director of Compliance is the designated Compliance Officer for the district, which in accordance to the law and board policy, strictly prohibits discrimination and harassment against employees, students or others on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, age, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field

  • Preferred: Juris Doctor or relevant Master’s degree

  • Preferred: Experience within a specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Preferred: Experience with employee investigations
