JBS USA PRODUCTION HOURLY-1ST SHIFT (CB1) in Council Bluffs, Iowa
Description
We have an opportunity for you on our 1st shift production at JBS Prepared Foods in Council Bluffs, IA.
Wages starting at $19.75 per hour with great benefits!
BONUS pay of $1 for every hour worked for perfect attendance each pay period!
$1/hr shift differential
Weekly pay (Every Friday)
10 days of paid vacation after just 1 year
Full benefits option after just 60 days of employment

Key Responsibilities and Accountability include but are not limited to:
Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area.
Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
Standing for extended periods of time
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
Ability to work multiple shifts when needed
Ability to work overtime as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
Experience / Work History
- Prefer previous manufacturing experience
