We are seeking a Quality Specialist who will be responsible for providing quality assurance support and leadership to ensure product is designed, procured, and built in accordance with company and customer quality requirements by performing the following essential job functions.

Job Title: Quality Specialist

Location: Creston, IA

What’s the Job?

  • Provides quality assurance support and leadership in assigned areas and projects.

  • Provide electrical/electronic technical support for products and manufacturing areas.

  • Maintains technical understanding of all products, processes, and agency requirements.

  • Ensures product is designed, procured, and built in accordance with quality requirements and reliability levels of company and customers.

  • Develops control plans and process/product inspection requirements to create and maintain appropriate levels of control and help establish acceptance criteria.

What’s Needed?

  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience with electrical/electronic components; one to two years of broad-based quality experience.

  • Electrical/Electronic knowledge preferred.

  • Experience with control circuit boards, wiring, and electrical connectivity and motors preferred.

  • Mathematical/statistical skills and basic computer/software operational skills including spreadsheets, word processing, databases.
