Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust AVP, Loan Quality Manager in Davenport, Iowa
QCR Holdings is looking for an AVP, Loan Servicing to join our team! Under the direction of the SVP, Loan Operations Manager, this position manages and provides leadership to the Loan Operations servicing team. The role is also serves as a conduit between operations, charter employees, IT and other operational teams to help support Operational Excellence initiatives, systems maximization standards in addition to support all robotics process automation strategies for loan operations.
Ideal candidates for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience in a loan operations/loan servicing department, including previous management experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills. Strong business analytics acumen. Compliance experience with SOX control framework management experience. Operational Excellence, RPA, IT and Operational Automation background. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience in working with Ellie Mae Encompass, Decision Pro, FISER, and Jack Henry Products and other lending related systems is a plus. PMP Certified and SIX Sigma Certified or relatable experience preferred. Ability to lead as well as prioritize and organize jobs and workflow for yourself and the team. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be willing to travel
