Description We are in search of a Business Analyst to join our team located in DAVENPORT, Iowa. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing business and technical needs across multiple units, creating action plans based on these needs, and effectively communicating these requirements. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize requests

• Document requirements through user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, etc.

• Ensure that complex requirements are executable, testable, complete and unambiguous

• Utilize knowledge of Agile methodology to improve business processes

• Use strong problem-solving skills to adapt, be proactive, and take ownership of tasks

• Use technical skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira (or similar tool) to write basic to moderately complex SQL queries

• Elicit and document requirements in a clear and concise manner

• Work on a variety of simple to complex projects

• Utilize your experience in the SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle, Requirements Gathering, Agile, Business process improvement, IT project management, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis. Requirements • Proficiency in SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle is required

• Demonstrated skills in Requirements Gathering

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Experience in Business process improvement

• Expertise in IT project management

• Proficiency in Business Analysis
