Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Description

We are in need of a CNC Programmer to join our team on 1st shift. Our company produces foundry tooling for all industries including but not limited to resource & mining, construction, commercial pipe wrenches, hydraulic components, heavy equipment, engine components, and large municipal pipe fittings and adapters. The candidate will consistently work on Fadal and HAAS CNC Mill Machines. Responsibilities include programming, machining, setting up the machines, and ensuring they are running properly. The majority of the work entails modeling, draft patterns, core prints, foundry work, and 3D CAD modeling. Proficiency in MasterCam is a plus.

Hard Skills

• Program, troubleshoot and set up CNC machines

• At least 2 years of CNC machining experience preferred

• Prior CNC programming experience

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Davenport, Iowa.

Work Environment

Well-lit, can be dirty at times. About 10 total employees. The programmer role will be in the machine shop and behind a desk as well. Majority HAAS machines in the machining room. Need to be able to hop around and work/check on multiple machines. Mix of newer and older machines around the shop. Woodshop as well as they make molds out of wood/plastic etc.
