We are seeking a proficient IT Project Manager to make a impact on the continued growth of one of our clients. This role would offer a wide variety across the enterprise, including infrastructure and development projects. Ideally, someone who has had experience navigating competing priorities. You will be balancing multiple projects at one time and responsible for not only the updates to stakeholders as needed, but also involved and leading executive meetings as it relates to your projects. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating diverse IT projects, ensuring their successful completion.

• Working closely with end-users to determine project requirements, scopes, and objectives.

• Collaborating with IT leadership to execute major, complex IT projects.

• Implementing and installing technology solutions to fulfill project objectives.

• Recording all project developments and maintaining updates in project scheduling software such as JIRA or VISIO.

• Identifying resource opportunities including hardware, software, and personnel.

• Taking a proactive role in projects as assigned, while nurturing leadership skills.

• Juggling multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination within and beyond the IT organization.

Requirements

• Must hold at least 3 years of experience in an IT Project Management role.

• Experience in Budget Processes and Change Management.

• Strong understanding of Networking, Infrastructure Administration, Infrastructure Strategy, and Infrastructure Planning.

• Experience with Enterprise Software Development

• Ability to create Process Flow Diagrams.

• Proficiency in Visio.

• Able to Manipulate Data, create Complex Formulas, and use Pivot Table in Excel.

• Experience in Software Deployment and Delivery.

• Comfortable with making Executive Presentations and attending Executive Meetings.

• Excellent Communication skills.

• Capable of handling Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

• Proven track record in Business Process Improvement.
