Robert Half is looking for a proficient Logistics Coordinator to augment our client's thriving team. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, ensuring the timely delivery of goods, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. The role also entails maintaining and managing logistic tools, systems, contracts, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth running of all logistics operations, including the storage, shipping, and delivery of goods.

• Communicating and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.

• Coordinating the entire order cycle, including order fulfilment, delivery, and returns to improve customer satisfaction.

• Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as transportation and warehouse activities.

• Monitoring supply chain functions to minimize delays and increase efficiency.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain helpful or 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Operations Coordinator or similar role preferred.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of logistics systems, practices, and principles, as well as legal guidelines.

• Ability to handle logistics software and analytical tools.
