• Lead the efforts around continuous improvement

• Implement an action plan and follow up to ensure its effectiveness

• Oversee a quality technician conducting process capability studies

• 80% analysis, problem solving, and process capability studies

• 20% first piece inspections after setting up machines, analysis and problem solving for warranty returns on customers, and supplier quality issues
