Robert Half is hiring for a Service Dispatcher to join our client in Davenport, IA!

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Position

Day to Day Duties Include:

• Creating and Managing a comprehensive daily schedule for a team of 10 field personnel.

• Providing excellent customer service through timely response and efficient handling of customer calls.

• Initiating and developing detailed service work orders.

• Designing and scheduling premeditated service/site tasking work orders to maintain operational efficiencies.

• Thorough review and documenting of completed work orders.

• Overseeing the closure of work orders in a manner that aids in the preparation for accurate and timely billing.

Requirements

Skills We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a dispatching, scheduling, or similar role is preferred; without such experiences, top notch organizational skills is the must.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with scheduling and dispatch software

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively

• Familiarity with service industry operations is a plus
