We are looking for a Data Administrator, Service to be a valued part of our After Market Service and Solutions team. The Data Administrator, Service will create processes to maintain data integrity within and between SAP and SalesForce.com (SFDC) environments. Accurate customer data is integral in Mammotome handling customer assets and offering best in class service packages.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Performing data analysis, forecasting, market assessments and other research activities that guide decision making. Extract, manipulate, and report data to meet management requests

  • Inventory and Vendor Maintenance – Entering all new products and vendors into our system

  • Data Integrity –Running queries to analyze and cleanse data. Identify obsolete inventory, inactive customers and inconsistent data

  • Pricing and Margin Maintenance - Coordinating and updating vendor pricing

  • Document Tracking - Managing and maintaining our database of technical content

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline OR equivalent experience

  • 1-3 years of experience using SAP. Including verification, extraction, transformation, appending, and standardization of data within SAP and experience with building connectivity across various systems (SAP, SFDC, PowerBI).

  • 1-3 years of experience working within SFDC

  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to break down and solve complex business problems.

  • A strong attention to detail.

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

  • Experience with moderate-high level excel functionality (pivot tables, v-look ups, basic formulas)

  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in SAP, SFDC, QPulse, and PowerBI

  • Coding experience (Java, SQL Base, HTML,

  • Advanced excel expertise (Queries, vlookup, Pivot Tables)
