Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Candidates will be running machinery that processes die castings machines for molds. Materials are compiled into smaller pieces of hardware for window cranks and small brackets and frames.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery that processes die castings for molds.

  • Compile materials into smaller pieces of hardware for window cranks and small brackets and frames.

  • Read blueprints and follow assembly instructions.

  • Perform general labor tasks related to machine operation.

  • Change out parts on machinery as needed.

Essential Skills

  • 6+ months manufacturing experience

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to read a tape measure

  • Ability to change out parts on machinery

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year previous machine operating experience (preferred but not required)

Work Environment

The work environment can be very hot, especially during June-August, with some areas reaching up to 120 degrees. It is a foundry setting, and the company provides work uniforms to prevent damage to personal clothing. Lockers are available for changing.
