At Teradata, we are looking to broaden the scope of influencers we work with beyond traditional industry analysts. This role will extend our existing analyst relations efforts as we recognize that many types of influencers play a role in buying decisions, and our goal is to develop a program that targets those with the greatest impact. We are seeking an agile and motivated marketer to lead and manage Teradata's Influencer Marketing program. This individual will cultivate strategic relationships to enhance Teradata’s perception in a positive and innovative way. This role is ideal for a driven, creative, and highly effective communicator with experience in analyst relations, content creation, influencer marketing, and/or social marketing. You will report to the Global Head of Analyst & Influencer Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Build and oversee the end-to-end execution of the global influencer marketing strategy, and corresponding programs and campaigns.

  • Set up and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success, and report on campaign performance.

  • Research and identify global influencers, industry experts, independent analysts, and thought leaders who align with our target audiences and brand values.

  • Serve as the liaison between influencers and Teradata while maintaining professional decorum, attention to detail, timeliness, and mutually and strategically beneficial engagements.

  • Liaison with the Marketing team (e.g. Social, Demand Generation, Content, PR, Brand teams) to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.

  • Define a communications cadence and feedback loop to ensure the dissemination of influencers’ insights from engagements and research is shared with the right stakeholders at the right time.

  • Manage scaled communications efforts for influencers and analysts.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or technology.

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in an established B2B environment.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to speak, present, and collaborate.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Track record in outreach campaign strategies.

  • Understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends.

  • Well organized with great time management skills.

  • Outstanding project management skills.

  • Knowledge on marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred), Salesforce, Google Analytics, BI and analytics tools (SQL and Power BI preferred), ABM Platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase), Sales Productivity platforms, and Microsoft Excel preferred.

  • Ability to review, evaluate and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Pay Rate: 47600.0000 - 59500.0000 - 71400.0000 Annually
