Our Physical Security team is responsible for providing the necessary physical capabilities for the oversight and protection of PwC’s facilities, hardware, and people.

The Senior Manager will manage the lifecycle of business continuity activities within our Business Continuity program. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our program has robust plans in place, enabling our critical business functions to continue operating in the event of a disruption, disaster, or crisis event. You will be working closely with various stakeholders within the organization to identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Understanding of risk management framework;

  • Driving business continuity program management;

  • Working effectively under pressure and prioritizing competing demands;

  • Utilizing enhanced analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Understanding of ISO 22301 standard and controls;

  • Understanding of crisis & incident management framework;

  • Demonstrating enhanced presentation and communication skills for client, leadership, and stakeholder interactions;

  • Exercising facilitation skills;

  • Showcasing knowledge of emerging technologies for crisis and business continuity management;

  • Utilizing project management skills; and,

  • Utilizing audit & compliance management skills.
