We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Inbound Call Center Specialist to join a company in the Des Moines Area. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information. This person would be focused on enhancing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Provide customers with product and service information.

• Route calls to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure the customer's issues are resolved.

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

• Communicate with team members if needed to resolve specific issues

• Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.

• Follow up on customer calls when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships with customers over the phone.

• Proficiency in using computer software and the internet.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Must possess patience and the ability to manage stress.
