REES ASSOCIATES INC Client Services Coordinator in Des Moines, Iowa
The Client Services Coordinator works with specific clients to develop solid working relationships with the client company and its employees. This position will coordinate all necessary data management, data entry, production instructions, and quality assurance tasks specific to each job.
Responsibilities:
Product sample proofing
Digital print proofing
Communicate with clients throughout the entire process of the project
Data management
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Knowledge of U.S. Postal Service mailing requirements is preferred.
Knowledge of the direct mail marketing industry is preferred.
Knowledge of the digital printing industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal, including grammar, punctuation, spelling)
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and tasks
Strong problem-solving skills (exercises all resources and doesn't give up easily)
Perpetual positive, helpful, can-do attitude and enthusiasm
Daily attendance
Ability to make decisions that consider economic impact and profitability of the client account to the company.
Ability to interface with clients, employees, and all levels of management
