A Typical Day for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Wesley on Grand:

• Assist in our Residential Care Center. Our Residential Care has 24 beds and lower levels of care.

• Assist in our Health Center. Our Health Center serves long-term care residents and has 80 beds.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals with a 1:10 ratio.

• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.

• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.

• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.

• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Open Shifts Available

• PRN, Flexible scheduling - Shifts would include working in our Health Center and Residential Care Center as needed.

Competitive Pay : $16.92 - $21.32 per hour, based on your experience.

Shift Differentials:

• 2nd shift: +$3/hour

• 3rd shift: +$4/hour

• Weekends: +$1/hour
